In the heart of his 60-hectare farm, Maxence will take you on a tour of his Corsican pig farm, where total disconnection is guaranteed.
The walk is designed to be both family-friendly and fun. You'll pet these noble pigs, continue through the scrubland to a magnificent viewpoint offering a unique panorama of Corsica's far south.
Then you'll cross the vineyards of Matteo, Maxence's brother, who created Clos Finidori. A renowned winemaker, he cultivates Corsica's highest vines, reviving ancestral endemic grape varieties.
Finally, a spuntinu (the famous Corsican snack) awaits you in the shade of the cork oaks, where you can sample Finidori PDO charcuterie (coppa, lonzu and sausages) accompanied by terrines, farmhouse Corsican cheese and a glass of red wine.
The walk is very participative, a moment of exchange to approach our magnificent Corsica from another angle.
